Produced in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy, made in small batches from ancient Lambrusco grape must, it's aged in a series of wooden casks - cherry, chestnut, acacia, oak and juniper, giving depth to a rich, velvety sweet/sour flavor of the vinegar.
