Lovablefood.com and our featured partners take pride in every single item we offer, and our goal is to deliver each item in its freshest, best possible condition by your requested delivery date.
We strive to control everything that we can when shipping fresh, frozen and perishable food to your homes around the country. However, there are some things out of our control such as weather conditions or shipping delays once the package leaves our hands and becomes the responsibility of FedEx, UPS or USPS. Because of these unlikely and unfortunate instances, our published shipping guidelines on our website cannot always accurately depict your chosen delivery date or shipping arrival.
Lovablefood.com is unable to completely guarantee particular time of delivery, as it depends on the hands of your local carrier. Most carriers will deliver packages anytime between 8am-8pm. Orders placed before 12:00pm ET Monday-Friday are shipped same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm ET Monday-Friday are shipped next business day. Orders placed on a Friday after 12:00pm ET, Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays will ship on the next business day. If you are placing an order for a specifically desired time, or a time-sensitive item, we recommend placing your order early and scheduling delivery it to arrive 1-2 days before your desired time or particular event. To preserve freshness, most of our products can be stored frozen or refrigerated immediately after arrival. In some instances, due to intense weather conditions, high volume, (especially during Holiday seasons) or any other events out of our control, we may have your order(s) arrive earlier than your requested time to guarantee it arrives in good condition.
Lovablefood.com is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high volume, weather, mechanical error, worker strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, local carrier error, mis-scans or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information. We do not require a signature for the release of any shipment. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore entirely outside our control.
Lovablefood.com does not require a signature for the delivery of most of its packages. However, alcoholic beverage products require an adult signature, and proof of valid 21+ age identification upon delivery. Lovablefood.com is not responsible for packages that require a signature but are not delivered because no one is home to sign.
Customers are responsible for checking that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order as well as the correct information in their order confirmation email. If you need to modify the delivery address once your order has shipped, you must call our customer service phone number, or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org before you receive a confirmation of shipping email. Once an address modification is requested, carriers require one business day to process the change, which may delay your package delivery. Lovablefood.com is not responsible for delays caused by address modification.
There are no returns, refunds or cancellations allowed on any orders that have already shipped.
All packages are shipped via UPS or FedEx and cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.
